This cargo rack comes with a 6+ inch riser from the 2inch receiver itself. Can you trade out the riser Twin Tube for the Flat Twin Tube..

While we don't offer a version of the GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier # HGK826 that has the lower tube you can also purchase the Flat Twin Tube part # H01373 with it so that you can lower the height of the carrier. This takes out the 6 inches of rise built into the GearSpace shank to allow it to sit a bit lower.
