Question:

Trying to get real time accurate information about being able to install this into my truck, or if not possibly finding out why it wont. Getting conflicting information, and dont see a difference in the 2017 and 2016 when I crawl under them

The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1217 that you referenced is confirmed to fit and will work perfectly on your 2016 Nissan Titan XD. Its custom frame brackets will use existing holes in the truck's frame rails so you don't have to drill into them during installation and it features a towing weight capacity of 30,000 pounds.
