The Mighty Cord RV Power Adapter Y-Cord part # A10-50X30Y will provide you with 25 amps at each 30 amp female receptacle assuming the shore power hookup is supplying a full 50 amps. No matter what type of adapter you use, you will be limited to the amount of power provided at the shore power hookup which in your case is 50 amps.
If the combined amp draw of your two air conditioning units does not exceed 50 amps then you can plug one into each side of the adapter. This might work for two small 13,500 Btu units but you would likely need a start capacitor for anything larger. You would also not want to start both units at the same time as well because of the high startup power draw.

The 50 Amp split phase power receptacle on the power pedestal actually has 50 Amps available on each Line conductor (2 Line conductors- L1 & L2). Each 30 Amp receptacle on the Y splitter has a full 50 Amps available, which can be a cause for concern if not used properly. The 30 Amp main circuit breaker in each 30 Amp RV provides the overcurrent protection for the RV; so running 2 (30 Amp) RVs off this splitter is no problem. However; for those who are thinking about putting together a 30 Amp extension cord to plug into one of the 30 Amp receptacles and power something besides the RV; you need install some sort of inline 30 Amp circuit breaker or fuse to protect the extension cord, you risk overloading the extension cord and starting a fire.
