There is a great trailer hitch that fits your 2019 BMW 5 Series, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11478, which will work on 530i, 530i xDrive, 540i, and 540i xDrive models; the only thing it will not fit is the Gran Turismo model of 5 Series.
