I am not sure what attachment you are referring to but the Yakima DoubleDown Ace 4 Bike Carrier will install on pretty much any vehicle with either a 1-1/4" or 2" trailer hitch. However, on your 2017 Jeep Wrangler there is a large rear spare tire that could prevent use. In order to confirm fit you will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on your Jeep's trailer hitch to the rear edge of the spare tire. If you don't already have a trailer hitch I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT78MR because of the longer receiver tube which means more clearance.
The above distance can be no more than 9" in order for the DoubleDown to fit. If it is then you will want to use a bike rack with more clearance, the Thule Hitching Post Pro part # TH934XTR which will work for you so long as the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole on your Jeep's trailer hitch to the rear edge of the spare tire is not more than 13-1/2".
