The Camco RV Vinyl Air Conditioner Cover # CAM45392 referenced in your question should fit your pre-2000 Dometic Duo Therm AC Unit but I wasn't able to track down the exact dimensions of that model. What I recommend doing is simply taking a few quick measurements on your AC to make sure this cover will fit over it.
The Camco Cover measures 27 inches wide, 13 inches tall, and 35 inches long. It does feature a locking draw cord to tighten the cover once it's in place so it's okay if it is a little big.
