The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2018 Mazda 6 to use with a bike rack is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11356. This hitch is a no drill option that is super easy to install. I have attached a video on this process for you.
For a bike rack, the easiest to use and most accommodating will be a platform bike rack for which I recommend the Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S64683. The Swagman Chinook rack will work with pretty much any bike with the right adapter and unlike most other options for your Mazda 6 will clear the rear bumper while folded up.
