The best size tire to use on your 1998 Dutchmen Duck 801 would be the same size that came from the factory. I don't have a list of what size tires came on your trailer from the factory so your best option would be to replace them with the same size that is on the trailer now. I was able to determine that similar models have used a 5.30-12 tire so this is most likely what you need as well but you will want to look on the sidewall of the tires you have now to confirm this.

For a 5.30-12 option, I recommend the Taskmaster 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire part # TTWSF53012C that can be added to your current wheel or a wheel of your choice. For a tire mounted on a wheel, we have the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Spoke Wheel part # AM30820 (5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern) which both have a load range c (1,045 lb) rating.

The taskmaster tire has an 81 mph speed rating as well as a two year warranty. The Kenda combo has a 65 mph speed rating and a 5-year warranty on the tire and a 1 year warranty on the wheel.
