I have a fulton type reciever on my boat trailer with a square 3”! Nut on top to tighten the ball onto the hitch with a 2” ball! I am trying to find a lock for the boat hitch?

Sounds like you have coupler similar to the Fulton Fas-Lok part # F343000301 that you referenced and are looking for a coupler lock for it. A very popular option that will fit and work well is the Fastway coupler lock part # FA86-0015-318. We've found that this lock fits basically all styles of couplers well including the Fas-Lok and does an excellent job deterring theft.
