Does Curt Trailer Hitch # C31016 Fit Cutaway and Non-Cutaway Chassis Vans

Question:
Hi there I went to my local hitch shop who told me they couldn’t fit the Curt product without some fab work as it was designed for an RV cutaway. Is this a different size..?

The Curt front hitch # C31016 requires drilling and trimming of front air dam and/or fascial to install on your 2003 Chevy Express.
