How many mils is this tarp EM57049, and how many years is the warranty. I need it to cover my boat that is in the sun most of the time.

The Erickson Tarp part # EM57049 is 9 mil. The manufacturer does not warranty this product after use. There are just too many variables for misuse with a tarp to have a warranty past the initial manufacturing of the product.
