Yes, the Advent AC unit part # ACDOM150 that you referenced will work great as a replacement for a Dometic Duo Therm unit like you have. We had a customer come back and tell us how well this worked as a replacement for a Duo Therm and that no modifications were needed.

The Advent Air # ACDOM150 is specifically designed to replace Dometic AC units so it should work perfectly. If you can tell me what specific model Dometic system you have I will be happy to double check.
