Fifth wheel brackets like the part # RP58186 that you referenced cannot fit with a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch installed but I do have a solution if you are wanting to install a standard style fifth wheel hitch in the bed of a truck with a Turnoverball installed. What you'd want is the Curt X5 adapter part # 16310. This is designed to fit the gooseneck ball hole of a Turnoverball hitch and provide you with a set of industry standard rails.
