Greetings this looks interesting. What keeps it from rocking back and smacking the trailer?

If you check out the install picture I attached for the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier # CC-255 you can see that it attaches at the front of the tray to the front of the trailer and the on the sides to the frame channels. It does not rock back at all and is very stable. I also attached a review video for the tray for you to check out as well.
