You are correct that Shelby is no longer in business, so there are no longer direct replacement parts, though we do have jacks which make for terrific replacements for yours.

The best option for this is the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack # FTJ120W0301 which has a 1,200 lb lift capacity, offers 10" of lift, and has a snap ring pilot hole diameter of 2-1/2" so you can take a look to see if it fits your mounting bracket.

You could also switch to a bolt-thru jack like the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack with Dual Wheels # FXPD15L which will fit a 3" x 5" trailer frame.
