Yes, the Deka Battery Isolator part # DW08770 can be used on a boat to separate the starter and auxiliary battery but you would need to mount it in a location that is least likely to get wet, like in a battery box, the NOCO Snap-Top Battery Box with Strap part # 329-HM318BKS.
