Question:
A dealer several miles away has a 2015 Trailhawk with a 3.2L V6 9-speed 948TE automatic transmission. Can you tell me if this model can be flat towed behind our motor home?

I took a look at the online copy of the owner's manual for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and it can be flat towed so long as it is a 4-Wheel Drive and has a 2-Speed Power Transfer Unit so you will need to contact the dealer to find out if this Cherokee has those features.
If it is a 4WD with a 2-speed transfer case there are a number of parts you will need, starting with vehicle-specific base plates. I'll list all the parts you need:
- Base Plate Kit: Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519308
- Tow Bar: Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511013
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Supplemental Braking System: SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 OR if your motor home has air brakes: SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes # SM99243
The Demco Classic base plates give your Jeep a clean look, as you can see in the accompanying photo of these base plates installed on a '15 Cherokee. The Excali-Bar tow bar is a great option because it has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing, along with integrated safety cables and an adjustable tilting head so a high-low adapter won't be needed. Having these features on a tow bar means you won't have to purchase them separately, saving you additional expenses.
The Flexo-Coil wiring kit is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Jeep's electrical system safe, though please keep in mind Jeep issued a tech bulletin to install wiring kit 68321424AB when flat towing your vehicle, which is available at your local Chrysler and Jeep dealership.
In regards to the supplemental braking systems, the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO and SMI Air Force One are strongly recommended because they give your Jeep effective braking and are a one-time install which will never require any type of removal or reactivation.
I have added links to a number of video installs of these parts on Cherokees for you to take a look at.
