It sure does. The correct BAKFlip MX4 that fits your 2019 Toyota Tundra with a 6-1/2 foot bed is part # BAK48410 if you don't have the Deck Rail System. If you do use part # BAK48410T instead.
I've linked a video of the MX4 showing its features. It's a different truck and part number than what you need but the features are the same.
