Question:

Hitch measurement I do see all the measurements you have I also have an aftermarket bumper and need to know the total with outside to outside of this hitch Measurements of Curt Hitch C13014 and Best Hitches for 1999 Ford F-250 with Deep Bumper

Since you have a deepdrop bumper on your 1999 Ford F-250 you'd actually want the Curt hitch part # C15316 instead of the # C13014. This hitch fits the standard frame dimensions your truck has but then drops down a total of 9 inches to fit below the drop bumper you have. The overall width is 36.88 inches.
