can i use a Demco Excalibar II tow bar with the Demco base plate DM9519328 to flat tow my 2014 Honda CRV?

Yes, the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit part # DM9519328 will work with the Demco Excali-Bar II Non-Binding Tow Bar part DM9511009 on your 2014 Honda CR-V. For future reference, the Demco Excali-Bar II Non-Binding Tow Bar will work with all Demco Classic and Tabless vehicle-specific base kits. I have attached an install video on the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit for you as well.
