For your 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 long bed with a tool box we have one solution that will work great but it's not from TruXedo. The only tonneau cover we have that fits your truck and is designed to fit behind a toolbox is the Access Toolbox Edition part # A62339. This is a very similar style of roll up tonneau that will work great and still give you ability to keep your tool box installed in your truck bed.
