If you installed the Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM48925 you asked from it is not a fit for your 2006 Silverado. That harness is only a confirmed fit for a 2002-2004 Isuzu Axiom. It is likely that it won't work properly on your vehicle.
If you are using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118384 which is a fit for your truck, then you may have a bent pin or a bad fuse. No converter is needed for your trailer wiring. I've added a photo from your owners manual that shows the fuse location for that left turn and brake for your trailer. This is in the Instrument panel fuse box on the driver's side edge of your dashboard.
