What size hole required to mount brackets for quick disconnect system

I checked with Rear View and the Rear View Safety Trailer Tow Quick Connect Kit part # RVS-213-613 requires a bracket hole size of 0.17". The cable hole for the cable coming from the camera needs to be 0.8" and it is drilled into the vehicle body near the camera and bracket.
