Recommended Front and Rear SumoSprings for Thor Class C on 2018 Ford E-350 Chassis

Question:

I see you are recommending sumo springs ssr 106 47 1 and ssf 106 47 for a 2018 thor 22ft class c on a 350 chassis I have the same and trying to flat tow 2018 gmc canyon 4x4 #4600 lbs. empty all set up to tow roadmaster/rvi brake this set up is miserable to drive if any road or weather conditions arent perfect I am installing sway bars, from you safe t steer and rear track bar are these sumo springs the way to go ? on a average load about how much Hight gain ? you answerers and thoughts would be appreciated thanks

For a 2WD 2018 Ford E-350 Class C cutaway chassis I recommend the SuperSprings rear axle kit # SSR-130-54 which is rated for 2800-lbs. Kit # SSR-106-47-1 will be too stiff.

Since a flat towed vehicle does not really load tongue weight on the Thor's hitch the way a trailer does the kit # SSR-130-54 will correct for most of the sag without making the ride too hard. I ran this thinking past my tech contact at SuperSprings and he agreed. For a front axle kit he suggested # SSF-106-40.
