Which part will work for my truck? Also, I am a woman with basic knowledge of working on my truck. Can I handle this?

You can totally handle the install of the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Spring Kit # SSR-114-54 in your 2008 F-250 4WD that has the B&W gooseneck hitch installed. The USA-made # SSR-114-54 is a bolt-on kit that needs no drilling.
You'll simply remove the worn factory bump stops and the replace them with the Sumos. These will give you progressive resistance as the load on them increases. At half compression they support 2800-lbs but they can compress as much as 80% when you need them to. Please have a look at the linked video to see how they bolt on.
