We do have towing mirrors for your 2016 Audi Q5 but the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # 11501 are made specifically for Ford trucks and won't fit.
You can use any of the universal-fit towing mirrors that are shown on the linked page but the ones I recommend are the K-Source # KS3990 because they are the dual lens types that give you an extended view of your trailer and the road behind it. These fit snugly on your factory mirrors thanks to their ratcheting strap mounting system that requires no tools for installation or removal.
