Can a Roadmaster Falcon with base plates for a Mini Cooper work on. 2017 KIA Soul?

You can use the Roadmaster Falcon tow bar part # RM-520 to flat tow your 2017 Kia Soul but you'll have to install a new base plate kit on the 2017 Kia Soul since they are all vehicle specific. For that you'd need the part # RM-522115-4 which I attached an install video for. You should note that from our research into flat towing the 2017 Soul the vehicle does need to be a manual transmission to be flat towable.
