My 2011 Toyota Tundra 4 dr truck has Westin pads on it ! It has 5 pegs and the 1 I just ordered only has 4 and they dont line up. My tundra is double cab. I need a 21 x 3 pad with 5 pegs

It sounds like you need part # 23-0001 for your replacement step pad. It's 21 inches by 3 inches and uses 5 barrel clips to install like yours does.
This step pad fits the Westin E=-Series 3 inch diameter step bars which for your 2011 Toyota Tundra are parts # 23-3245 in black and # 23-3240 in stainless steel.
