Yes, the Inno Feet # INRT101 referenced in your question will fit the bed rails of your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 as long as you don't have the factory cargo management rails. If you do have the factory cargo management system then you will want to go with the C-Channel Mount model instead which is part # INRT102.
For the complete system that also includes the 79 inch long square crossbars you can use part # INRT101-79 if you don't have the cargo management system or # INRT102-79 if you do.
