Expert Reply:
The K-Source Custom Extendable mirror part # KS70104T for your 2012 Toyota Tundra is designed with turn and running light signals only. It also includes the heated feature of the original mirror. The K-source mirror does not retain the reverse light function of the original mirror. Since the mirror plugs into the existing electric harness with a plug at the end in the vehicle they are not designed to accept the reverse light wire.
