Have a new 2019 Dodge Ram Classic, Quad cab. I was looking at your item# 21-53565 and notice in mention crew cab. My question is would this fit the Quad cab?

The correct set of Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars for your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic are part # 21-53555 which are designed specially for the Quad Cab. The Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars part # 21-53565 only fit the Crew Cab models which means they won't work on the Quad Cab. These nerf bars are an excellent option for you as they offer bolt-on installation and a wide saddle step pad for increased grip.
I have attached a photo of them installed on a similar Ram 2500 for you.
