Question:
Hi, I have an older 5th wheel that has a 30 amp 3 prong male plug. Can I use part # A10-5030 AVP as an adapter to plug into a 240 volt 5 prong RV recepticle. On the back of my camper it says 120 volts.

Expert Reply:
Most likely the part # A10-5030AVP is what you'd need as it is the common solution for plugging in a 30 amp RV to a 50 amp power source like you mentioned having, but the issue is that you said you have a 5 prong plug which is not a standard style. Most are 3 and 4. If you for sure have a 5 prong plug please email me back a picture of it and I'll see what you'd need.
