Question:

My motorhome will drain 21 quarts of oil. This oil pan indicates a capacity of 24 quarts. My question: When this oil pan is horizontal, and 24 quarts of oil are drained into it, does the entire 24 quarts disappear through the drain into the storage cavity, or is the outside pan area above the drain considered to be part of the 24 quart storage? This would not work for me if oil was sitting in the outside open area above the drain while I attempted to pull the pan out from underneath the motorhome. Thanks

The best solution we have would be the FloTool Super Drain part # FT42008 which can hold up to 58 quarts and would easily contain all 21 quarts of the oil your motorhome drains. The # FT42004 would have some oil above the red drain plug like you said wouldn't work for you.
