Hello I am currently looking into buying RRVA137B-2, RRRLKVA and DK432 For the purpose of carrying at least 2 kayaks. I had read a few reviews on other items that the fit of items like these depend on the type of cross bars whether square or circular. Does this item suit to kind of roof racks I am looking to buy?

The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System composed of part # RRVA137B-2, part # RRRLKVA ,and part # DK432 for your 2016 Ford Edge is an excellent option and one of my favorites so you made a really good choice. In regards to compatible with the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs part # RRS520 you will have no issues whatsoever. In fact, we have a photo of this carrier installed on the same crossbar above which I have attached for you.
The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System will work with most likely around 90-95% of all roof rack accessories on the market. They have channels for use with channel mounted roof rack accessories and the dimensions of the crossbar (3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall) is a very standard size which means they will work with most Thule, Yakima, and Rhino-Rack products.
