Yes, if you needed to add air to a tire that's filled with Nitrogen that's perfectly acceptable. The benefits of the Nitrogen in your tires will be reduced though based on how much you dilute it. Nitrogen doesn't leak through rubber as easily as air and also doesn't have as much of a pressure change based on temperature too.
