Recommended Trailer Wiring Harness for 2018 Land Rover Velar

Question:
I bought a hitch from you and its installed on my 2018 Velar. Unfortunately, Im having no luck finding a plug in wiring harness for the trailer lights. Some of my web research has shown that the Velar may use the same part as a Jaguar F Pace I know the vehicles share the same foundation. The listing for this part 118785 does list the Velar, but its not confirmed. Is it worth trying?

I have great news! I checked with Tekonsha and was able to verify that the T-One Trailer Wiring Harness # 118785 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2018 Land Rover Velar and will work perfectly.
This custom harness installs by simply plugging into factory ports behind the driver and passenger tail lights and then running the hot lead up to the battery. It will provide you with a 4-Way connector to connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights.
