Question:
Thule lists a 47” bar for the Thule Evo WingBar on a 2018 VW Sportwagen. Those are too wide for my liking. Will the 43” bars fit as well? I do not want all that overhang. I’d prefer the Aeroblade Edge or Yakima Flushbars but I have the sunroof. Thanks!

We have to stick with Thule's recommendation for your 2018 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen and stay with 47 inch long crossbars with the roof rack part numbers # TH711200 and # TH710401. Going with shorter crossbars hasn't been tested so it's very likely they wouldn't be long enough.
