I currently have an Advent ACM135, can I upgrade to the 15,000 btu Advent and still use the head until from the AVM135?

Yes. You can upgrade to the 15,000 BTU unit and keep the head from the previous unit. You can simply get the Advent Air Rooftop RV Air Conditioner - 15,000 Btu # ACM150 and utilize all the components you already have installed.
