The Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater - Frost Plug Style - 120V - 400 Watts - 28 mm # KH11419 is the correct part number for your 2001 Honda CR-V. The installation location is in the front right of the engine block as shown in the attached photo.
You will need to drain your cooling system and then remove the correct freeze plug or existing heater with a punch. I've attached the installation instructions to assist with the full installation procedure.
