Based on my research the 2019 Ford Ranger will come with the Brake Controller input for a wiring harness from the factory.

Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller # C51170 you asked from would use the # C51436 harness. If you go with the Curt Echo Wireless # C51180 then you wouldn't need a harness at all and this is becoming a very popular option that uses a mobile app on a smart phone or tablet.

RedArc Controllers like # 331-EBRH-ACCV2 would use # 331-TPH-007.

It appears that a universal pigtail harness would be # TM75272, but this has not yet been confirmed from Tekonsha.

If you want to hardwire the brake controller to your trailer connection you can use the Universal Installation Kit for Brake Controllers # ETBC7 on your 2019 Ford Ranger.
