Will item #C13014 fit on my truck? The truck has a utility bed on It.

There are only multi-fit hitches that will fit trucks with service bodies like what you have. The Curt you mentioned would not fit.
I spoke to my contacts at Curt and Reese and the only styles of hitches that can be made to fit a service body truck like yours are multi-fit RV hitches like the # 41990 that has a 16k capacity. This is a weld on hitch that would require either the 7 inch drop brackets part # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916.
