Please explain the rear overhang distance calculation for tandem axle trailer, by considering empty trailer weight and with full load capacity, trailer load area and trailer full length. For more clarity please refer the attached image. Thanks in advance. Best Regards,

When building a trailer the most important calculation to determine is the placement of the axles. The amount of overhang at the rear will simply be dependent on where the axles are positioned, so there isn't a specific calculation for determining how much is needed.
I have attached a great article on exactly this subject that includes the formulas you need to calculate for the placement of your tandem axles. It will depend on both the weight and length of your trailer.
