The T-Handle Latch part # PLR5730 does not come with a gasket. However, if you need protection from the elements then you can make one yourself with the Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone Gasket Maker part # LT37467. You can also get a "make your own gasket" kit from most local automotive stores. If you use the latch to trace an outline onto the make your own gasket then you could get exactly what you need for just a little time an effort. The make your own gaskets kits come in foam, rubber, and paper. They are also relatively inexpensive.
