Does Dutton-Lainson 4-Inch Boat Trailer Spool Roller DL21566 Contain Metal

I just want to make sure that the internal cylinder doesnt have any metal material and that the entire product is rubber. I also notice a comment regarding usage with a 1/2inch shaft. My application is for a 5/8inch ss316 shaft, so I need confirmation that this is what the product is intended for.

Dutton-Lainson 4-Inch Boat Trailer Spool Roller # DL21566 is made of rubber but it has an inner sleeve made of plastic that provides the internal 5/8-bore size and smooth surface to mate with a roller shaft like # CE10721A. I checked this item myself to make certain. Please refer to the linked photo.
