I do have some information for you that should help but unfortunately we have not yet had the chance to install the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit part # 295-000019 on a blank door so we do not have an install video. Basically, you will want to mark a cutout about 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall in the face of the door near the edge where you want the handle to be and then use something like a dremel to cut it out. Once the hole is made you then need to make another cutout but in the edge about 1" wide x 3" tall for the latch bolt. Once this latch is installed all that is left is to install the catch plate which should be rather easy once you get the latch in place as all you will need to do is line it up with the latch bolt and trim away a potion for the latch bolt to slide into.
I have attached a photo of the cutout you will need to make for reference.
