I noticed the page mentions the BMW wagon, will this hitch also fit 2008 BMW 328i convertible?

I would love to help but we do not offer a trailer hitch for a 2008 BMW 328i Convertible. Therefore, no the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11033 will not work for you. If you needed to tow a trailer you would have to look at other tow vehicles but if you were wanting a trailer hitch for a bike rack, then we do still have an option for you. You could go with the Thule Gateway Pro # TH88VR so long as the bike(s) does not weigh over 35 lbs.
The Thule Gateway is a very nice bike rack and one of the best available for your vehicle. It has a six point attachment system for maximum security and it is made here in the USA so you know you are buying a quality product. I have attached a review video for you as well.
