What converter do you use to convert a Rv plug to semi type wiring where stop light wire is separate from turn signal

I do not know what you are referring to by "semi-type wiring" but it sounds like you want to take combined trailer wiring circuits and separate the turn signals and brake lights.
If so you will need the Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # C56196 along with Diodes # 38955, which are going to help prevent power feedback.
