this is for a 2011 jeep wrangler sport 4x4. I have 35 inch pro comp M/T tires. I will need chain for driving up a mountain with snow. Tire size says 315/75r16.

The Glacier Twist-Link Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners part # TC3831 that you referenced will fit the 315/75-16 tires on your 2011 Jeep Wrangler and work well to help you get through the snowy mountain terrain. They have a twist link design which will work in both snow/ice and they have cam tighteners which make for an easy install.
I have attached a sample install video for you. I recommend going over the process while you are in the comfort of your garage/driveway that way you are prepared when they are needed.
