What Happens if You Run Low Octane Fuel with Edge Gas Evolution CTS3 Programmer

If I dont have 91 octane in the truck will the extreme tune still work on the truck?

If you run a lower octane fuel than what the tune level requires you will potentially cause damage to the engine. I strongly recommend not doing this. If you have to go with a lower octane fuel you have to lower the tune level. You'll end up with spark knock otherwise which blow head gaskets or potentially cause other catastrophic engine failure.
