Can In/Out LED Rocker Switch be Used for any Winch

Will this switch work on all 4 pin winches mine is not a bulldog Im not sure the brand but its a4 pin.the reason Im asking is I just bought one from you and it light up but doesnt move the winch

You should be able to use the In/Out LED Rocker Switch For Bulldog Winch # BDW20261 for your winch. If you take a look at the linked video you can see this switch being installed if you forward to about the 10:00 mark.
You do need to make sure it is wired correctly and I have added the diagram Bulldog has provided to help. It is grainy but says 1: Winch Power Out, 2: Power 12V, 3: Winch Power In, 7: Ground. You will need to use Primary Wire - 16-Gauge # 16-1-1 and Spade Terminals # DW01899-1.
